What is VIOS? |
VIOS (Virtual International Online School) is an accredited online learning platform that offers a US accredited curriculum for students in Grades 4 through 12. Through our partnership with Cognia and IVY Global School, we provide a high quality, flexible education that allows students to study from anywhere in the world. Upon completion, students will receive a US accredited diploma that can be used for further education in the US and internationally. |

What courses does VIOSoffer? |
VIOS offers a US accredited curriculum for grades 4-12: Grades 4-8: Core subjects (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) through the Agilixbuzz curriculum. Grades 9-12: High school courses through Edmentum, leading to a U.S.-recognized diploma. Students graduate with a globally recognized degree. |
Is the curriculum aligned with US state standards? |

Does Vios offer AP courses? |
Currently, VIOS does not offer AP courses. However, our curriculum provides a solid academic foundation according to US state standards, preparing students for university admission worldwide. |
How long does it take me to complete the course? |
Each course at VIOS is designed to be completed within one year. However, students can work at their own pace and may finish faster if they complete all required modules. – How long does it take me to complete the courses? |
Do I have to meet a minimum weekly login time requirement? |
No, VIOS offers flexible learning, so there is no minimum weekly login time requirement. Students can study at their own pace, but they must complete all modules for each subject within one year. Additionally, students must achieve a minimum benchmark of 60% in each subject to successfully complete the course. |

What additional documents are required to complete the application form? |
For Grades 4-8: For Grades 9-12: Once all documents are submitted and reviewed, we will notify you about the next steps in the enrollment process. |
Are there any limits or restrictions on course enrollment? |
Students can enroll at any time of the year. However, they must complete all required modules for each subject within one year. For Grades 4-8, students must complete all 8-10 modules per subject to receive their diploma. For Grades 9-12, students must pass all core subjects and meet the 60% benchmark per subject to receive their diploma. Additionally, Grade 9-12 students must pass an English proficiency test before enrollment and provide a transcript at the end of the course. |
I just submitted my application, what should I do next? |
After submitting your application, follow these next steps: Check your email – You will receive a confirmation email from VIOS within 24-48 hours. Complete the English Proficiency Test (Grades 9-12 Only) – If you are enrolling in grades 9-12, you will be sent an English proficiency test. You must pass this test before proceeding. Make Payment – Follow the payment instructions provided in the confirmation email. You can choose from a variety of payment options. Get Login Details – Once the payment is processed, you will receive login details to access the learning platform. Start Course – Begin studying and complete all required modules within a one-year time frame. Submit Transcripts (Grades 9-12 Only) – Grades 9-12 students must submit transcripts at the end of their course to receive a recognized diploma. What electronic equipment do I need to prepare for the course? |
The LMS Learning System runs smoothly on most modern operating systems and browsers. However, technical requirements will vary depending on the course. Please check the student/parent handbook for full requirements.
Due to the rich and diverse curriculum content of VIOS, please ensure a strong and stable network connection. If possible, please use network cable instead of wifi. |
How to get login information? |

Please contact our Support Team. We are always enthusiastic and ready to assist students in recovering their passwords and email accounts. |
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do? |
First, make sure you’ve entered the correct login information (no capital letters, special characters, or spaces). If you’re still unable to log in, please contact our Support Team. |
How long does it take me to complete the courses? |
Students have up to one year to complete each course. They may progress at their own pace and finish earlier if they choose. To successfully complete a course, students must pass all modules and achieve a minimum 60% benchmark in each subject. |

Which website will I use to log into the VIOS learning system? |
You will use Agilix Buzz LMS and Edmentum to log into the VIOS learning system. The login link will be provided after enrollment. |
Can I use a tablet or phone to take the course? |
Yes. The VIOS learning system can be used on phones and tablets. However, we encourage students to use computers for a better learning experience. |
I think I signed up for the wrong class. What should I do? |
Please contact Support Team if you think you have registered for the wrong class. |

What are the requirements to receive a High School Diploma? |
To receive a High School Diploma from VIOS Global School, students in Grades 9-12 must: Successfully complete all required coursework through VIOS. Achieve a minimum passing score of 60% in all subjects. Submit a final high school transcript upon completing Grade 12. Upon successful completion, students will receive an accredited US diploma, enabling them to enroll in universities worldwide. |
Can non-US students apply for a Baccalaureate Diploma? |
Yes, non-US students can apply for the Baccalaureate Diploma at VIOS Global School. Our program is open to international students worldwide. Upon successful completion of Grade 12 and submission of their final high school transcript, students will receive an accredited US diploma, which allows them to enroll in universities globally. |

Does the school accept credits from other schools? |
No, VIOS does not accept transfer credits from other schools. Students in grades 9-12 must complete all courses through VIOS to be eligible for a US High School Diploma. This ensures students meet the academic standards set by VIOS and VIOS accrediting agencies.
